描述

QLight® C-Amp 是一款半导体光放大器 (SOA),主要应用在光纤通信,光纤传感,医学成像,测试和测量等领域。QLight®技术平台是美国Aeon公司的专利技术,用于生产先进的离散光子学元件和光子集成电路(PICs)。

QLight® C-Amp光放大器基于美国Aeon公司的标准封装平台,14-pin,MSA兼容。光放大器封装使用了激光焊接,密封性好,完全不含有机物,保证了其超高的可靠性。光放大器内部除了热敏电阻还包括一个热电偶冷却器,因此在整个工作温度范围内,保证了光放大器的稳定性。QLight® C-Amp光放大器共有三个子型号,分别是: CL, CM, 和CH。它们的主要区别在于提供的增益水平不同。

QLight®  C-Amp光放大器在突发式流量放大器和大范围可调激光光源应用领域具有非常卓越的性能表现。
